Beyond Plan Managers will pay your provider invoices for support and services you received as part of your NDIS plan. We claim for these supports on your behalf through the NDIS portal taking all the stress away of claiming and paying invoices. Using a Plan Manager gives you greater flexibility and control to choose your providers as you are not restricted to use only NDIS registered providers.

Beyond Plan Mangers offer an easy payment process and personalised service;

  • Your providers send invoices directly to Beyond Plan Managers.
  • The Careview Advantage app will send you a notification for every invoice Beyond Plan Managers receive on your behalf where you can review & either approve or decline payment.
  • All invoices are automatically processed and approved same day, unless a 48 hour arrangement has been done during the sign up process. This allows for even faster payments to your providers.
  • We help keep track of your funds and assist you with tracking and managing your budgets.

There’s no out of pocket costs for plan management! Beyond Plan Managers fees are charged from the participants Choice and Control budget. This can only be claimed when a participants plan includes a Plan Management category in their NDIS plan.
If the budget isn’t included in your plan, this can be requested at your next planning meeting!
