Our Story
Beyond Plan Managers was founded in 2023 by Thien and Duy, two individuals passionate about supporting NDIS participants.
Thien, with a solid background in accounting and finance, had clientele who were supported with NDIS plans. Wanting to expand his knowledge and better serve his clients, he reached out to Duy, who brought valuable experience in NDIS Plan Management.
Thien and Duy understand that every NDIS plan tells a personal story of hopes and dreams. These stories inspire them every day, reinforcing their commitment to helping people turn their aspirations into reality.
Duy – Managing Director – Plan Manager
During his time as Operations Manager at one of South Australia’s largest Plan Management agencies, Duy streamlined processes to ensure efficient payment handling and quick communication. Together with his dedicated team, they built trust with participants, empowering them to confidently pursue their NDIS goals.

Backed by years of working in the finance industry, helping large and small scale businesses and individuals develop and grow, Thien knows what it takes to achieve goals.

Tayla – Plan Manager
Having led the Subject Matter Expert team at a previous role in Plan Management, Tayla has the experience and knowledge to provide accurate and timely advice to any NDIS participant or provider. Not afraid to challenge the status quo, her belief is that everyone is to be treated fairly and without prejudice.
